Returns
We are incredibly confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, because of the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to customer error (i.e. typos). We provide a virtual proof with the option for unlimited revisions so that you can be sure that you get everything exactly as you would like it to be.
If there is an error on your order on our part we extend our deepest apologies and ask that you please contact us within 7 business days so that we may rectify the issue. We will give you the option for a full refund, credit towards a future purchase or a reprint of the order which will be expedited for you.
Should you elect to ask for a full refund, one will not be issued until we have received the order back, in it’s entirety and it’s original condition.
