photos and information, or request a custom design!
You will receive an online proof via email, within 2 business days of your photos being received. Our designers create your design with care, keeping your special instructions in mind!
**TIME FRAME FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS!!!**
For pre-holiday arrival to you, we guarantee arrival only if the order is placed and approved by DECEMBER 7, 2008. This applies to orders placed in the United States. If you are ordering internationally, we HIGHLY recommend placing your order before November 15.
After that time, we will continue to take holiday orders for one more week, until December 14th, however we will NOT guarantee pre-holiday delivery. So order early to ensure their arrival!
After we have received your final approval on the design, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order via UPS Ground, in the USA. If you have chosen UPS 2nd day or Next Day Air, you will receive it in 4-6 business days in the USA. Typically photo paper orders will ship within 2-3 business days of proof approval and cardstock with ship within 3-4 business days. Keep in mind we only ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends. If you are in Canada, the turn around time is approximately 10-14 business days, however, there may be delays at customs.
We highly recommend ordering at least ONE MONTH to 6 WEEKS in advance!
