You will receive an online proof via email, within 2 business days of your photos being received. Our designers create your design with care, keeping your special instructions in mind!
**Read Below for turn around times**
After we have received your final approval on the design, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order via UPS Ground, in the USA. If you have chosen UPS 2nd day or Next Day Air, you will receive it in 4-6 business days in the USA. Typically photo paper orders will ship within 2-3 business days of proof approval and cardstock with ship within 3-4 business days. Keep in mind we only ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends. If you are in Canada, the turn around time is approximately 10-14 business days, however, there may be delays at customs.
We highly recommend ordering at least ONE MONTH to 6 WEEKS in advance!
